You can now register for an account at help.bluesight.com to view your support tickets!
To get started, just navigate to help.bluesight.com and click on "Sign up with us". Fill in the required information and click "Register".
Please note: If you've sent us a ticket previously, you may receive a message telling you that your email has already been taken, If you see this message, please email help@bluesight.com and let us know you'd like to activate your account!
Once you've sent a registration request, a member of our team will review your request to confirm that you are a current user of one or more Bluesight products, then they will send you an activation email. Click the link in that email to finish creating your account and set a password.
